Na ocasião do anúncioo o vereador Elton Babú, levantou a necessidade de uma UPA no bairro que havia perdido o atendiemnto da Croácia e o prefeito após consultar o secretário de saúde, Dr. Hans, fez o anúncio que está cumprindo agora.
Um veículo de imprensa alternativa com edição impressa mensal com as ações positivas desenvolvidas nos bairros de SANTA CRUZ, SEPETIBA e PACIÊNCIA, Zona Oeste da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro.
